Battle against King Dedede in this faithful recreation of Kirby Superstar Ultra
Create a boss and design/develop a behaviour tree to make the AI fight against a player character. I already created another Kirby boss in the past, so I decided to make another boss since I already have the player character logic.

I wanted to make a complex boss with many attacks while still feeling polished. All these attacks must contain signifiers to the player like any good boss. This includes anticipation for the boss' next attack, as well as exaggerating results through VFX and animations to provide meaningful feedback to the players that an action was performed.
